The LEVER Model has been created in order to help volunteers validate (confirm) their soft competences achieved by them while doing social work. It has been designed on the basis of the experience gained from the use of the process of the VPL (Validation of Prior Learning).

The VPL Biennale is for policy makers, researchers, users, practitioners, and other stakeholders involved in Validation of Prior Learning. It`s about sharing knowledge, ideas and visions, learning from each other`s experiences and creating viable solutions in 'the world of VPL'.
